Thank you for choosing to use My ePCR. Use this guide to help you setup your account.
1. Reset your password using the reset password email.
2. Update your card details using the update card details email.
3. Log into the My Operations Dashboard with the credentials you just set.
4. Proceed to the 'Admin Users' tab and create a new user with 'My ePCR' access. These credentials can be shared with your employees (or app users) so they can authenticate and log in to the My ePCR app with their own username and pin number (set by you!).
5. Navigate to the 'App Users' tab and create your app users. You will be limited to the number of app users you can create depending on the number of users you have purchased.
If you require more users, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or raise a new ticket from the support page.
6. Navigate to the 'Custom Dropdowns' tab within the My Operations dashboard and create your own custom dropdowns for the relevant section - this will be reflected in the My ePCR app when a user logs in.
If no dropdowns are created, the app will show blank options.
7. Log into the My ePCR app using the email and password for the user you just created.
8. After authenticating your company (in step 7), your app users can log in using their own company assigned username and pin number.
It is advised that app users do not share their credentials with anyone else. If a users credentials become compromised, their username and pin number can be reset (by an admin) from the My Operations dashboard.
9. Use the app to complete as many records as you would like. Records can be seen and downloaded using the My Operations Dashboard as mentioned above.
10. Once a record is submitted, you can share this link (Patient Access Hub) with patients and/or hospitals who along with the incident number and patient's date of birth, can access the submitted ePCR.
